Rates 
Rates are very reasonable and value for money. The rate varies on the number of people, length of stay and time of year. Long rents are available and the minimum stay is generally 3 nights but we try to be flexible where possible and all enquiries are welcome.
Average rates for the cottage are as follows:
- 2 people for 1 week – US$60 per night
- 2 people for 2 weeks – US$50 per night
- 4 people for 1 week – US$80 per night
- 4 people for 2 weeks – US$70 per night
Maid service is available weekly or if required can be arranged for extra days at a charge of US$15 per day. Personal laundry can also be arranged if required for a small charge.
Terms and conditions
Deposit - minimum 40% of total charge to confirm booking with balance payable on arrival. All money transfer charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellations must be made in writing, email or fax. An admin fee of US$60 will be charged for cancellations and the deposit returned, unless the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the first night when no admin charge will be made but the deposit will be non refundable.
Prices are given based on the number of people staying and if additional people wish to stay the nightly rate will be increased accordingly.
